The touring exhibition Natura Poetica shows extraordinary visual compositions by Peter Wallimann. The Swiss photo artist combines photographs of butterflies, plants, and other small creatures with cosmic images, such as the globe or the universe. Through the playful fusion of micro- and macrocosm, natural, imaginary worlds full of beauty and fantasy are created. With his project, the artist is committed to Nature and environmental protection. Up tp 20% of the turnover from the sale of artworks goes to the «Papiliorama Foundation». The exhibition’s cover image, «Cebrasus», was auctioned off on TV in December 2018 for the charity campaign «Jeder Rappen zählt» (Every Cent Counts). In addition to Swiss Television SRF, more than 1,000 visitors attended the exhibition, including numerous celebrities such as Dr. Alex Rübel, Director of Zurich Zoo; Caspar Bijleveld, Director of Papiliorama; Ottmar Hitzfeld, former national football coach, and others.
